Role Overview
We are hiring a Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing for our growing base of domestic and international clients. You will be part of a process-driven team that prides itself on accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll for multiple client entities ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Manage statutory compliances: PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS on salary
- Prepare and file payroll-related returns and challans within statutory deadlines
- Handle full & final settlement calculations, gratuity, and leave encashment
- Liaise with HR teams of client companies for inputs and approvals
- Generate payslips, salary registers, and MIS reports as required
What We're Looking For
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA-HR or equivalent qualification
- 2–4 years of payroll processing experience
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws: PF Act, ESIC Act, Payment of Gratuity Act
- Proficiency in payroll software (Greytip, Keka, ADP, or similar)
- High level of accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive data
- Good MS Excel skills for payroll reconciliation and reporting
Good to Have
- Experience processing payroll for international employees or expats
- Exposure to multi-location payroll processing across Indian states
- Knowledge of SAP HCM or similar HRMS
